Courses	Final course details optimum route lengths - Long 6.9km, 65m climb Medium 4.8km, 40m climb Short 2.1km, 25m climb Important: All courses will be crossing roads. Please cross with care. Any competitor under 16 must be accompanied by an appropriate responsible adult.
