Saturday Events
We run a series of low key events on Saturdays including our summer series.
These events are aimed at children, families, beginners and improvers of all ages. More experienced orienteers are also welcome to attend.
We generally have a Yellow course (suitable for children and those who have never Orienteered before) and Orange, Light Green and Short Blue courses (which provide varying course lengths for beginners all the way up to more experienced runners).
Help for beginners is always on hand, so please do feel free to turn up to any of the our events.

Entries
Registration is normally open from 10am until 11am, and starts from 10:30am until 11:30. Follow this link to BKO events and then to the specific event where the details about entry are given.
Coaching for beginners
Coaching is normally available at all events, but check with the organiser or coaching@bko.org.uk if you are intending to bring a large group.
Youth League
All Saturday series events will also be part of the BKO Youth League. There is no extra charge for this, simply sign up with your age details to gain youth league points. For more information see our Youth League page.
