Parking is Langley Park Car Park. Entrance is Grid Ref: TQ016822 nearest Postcode: SL0 0LT What3words: grant.lower.film Cost is £4.20 for up to 3 hours parking - over 3 hours is £5. NOTE: There is a 2M height restriction. The big bonus of coming to Langley park is there are toilets and a delightful Tea Room that provides hot drinks, cake and hot and cold light refreshments with both indoor and outdoor seating. |

| Terrain |
Langley Park is a lovely but small area of runnable forest with areas of heathland. There are a couple of deep marshy ponds in the centre that should be avoided and many distinctive trees (not all have been mapped). The Arboreal Gardens contain many special and distinctive trees. |

Yellow (1.5Km) Climb on all courses in minimal. All distances subject to final controlling.
NOTE: One of the club coaches is putting on some coaching in orienteering techniques on Saturday morning so come and get some coaching before you run.

| Dogs | Kept on leads in assembly please and not on courses as dogs are not permitted in the lovely Arboreal Gardens. NOTE: The lake in both Langley and nearby Black Park have blue/green algae which can be harmful to dogs. | |||
