- Due to high temperatures we will hold the starts open until 20.30. This is to allow you to run a bit later or pick up a map to run in your own time. We will also open map issue on Tuesday 18th August for a short window from 18.30 if you would like to run then. Please ensure you have adequate sun protection and hydrate well before running and after your run.
