Next weekend will be a busy one for many BKO members. On Saturday we have the British Sprint Championships in Aldershot Barracks and 30 members will be there to compete in the two sprints (heats and finals). This is followed on Sunday with the British Middle Championships near High Wycombe and 34 members will be there with many acting as helpers. In total over the 2 days, 43 members are participating in one of these events – good luck to your all!

Saturday 30th May – BML National Urban League Event
Our next major event is our urban one at Great Hollands, Bracknell on the 30th May. Entries are now open on Fabian4 and there are full details on our website at: http://www.bko.org.uk/event/great-hollands-30-may-15 We will be needing a good number of helpers on the day and Fiona Clough is the organiser hoping to hear from you. There will be the usual reduced price entry for helpers and Fiona can provide the Helper Discount Code to use when entering.
