Assembly is adjacent to Woosehill Nursery Ruskin Way , Wokingham. Please note that most parking is not at assembly and directions for specific parking will be given after entry.

Course 2 (Men Vet 40+, Women Open)

Course 3 (Men Supervet 55+, Women Vet 40+)

Course 4 (Men Ultravet 65+, Women Supervet 55+)

Course 5 (Men Hypervet 75+, Women Ultravet 65+)

Course 6 (Women Hypervet 75+)

Course 7 (Men Junior 16-, Women Junior 16-)

Course 8 (Men Young Junior 12-, Women Young Junior 12-)

(C8 course is designed for M/W12- who have successfully completed at least one solo Yellow course at either an Urban or Forest event. If not, they should run with an adult.

C8 course has road crossings only in cul-de-sacs with very little traffic.)

Courses 1-6 are unsuitable for unaccompanied juniors under the age of 16. 

You can enter either by class or by course. If you enter a course shorter than the usual for your age class (run down) you should enter the course marked 'other'.  

Adults entering courses 7 or 8 will be classed as Novice and charged a reduced rate.

Pre-entry only for all competition classes/courses.

EOD may be available based on map availability.

There are 2 parking areas both are around 15 min wak from assembly over tarmac footpaths and woodland trails and routes will be taped. You will be assigned a parking area on entry. There will be further updates here shortly.
